Facts giving rise to the present writ petition are more or less identical to those
of Writ Petition No. 33169 of 2010 (Ram Swaroop vs. State of U.P. and
others), which has been dismissed today i. e. 06.07.2010 by this Court.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is also dismissed for the same reasons.
