03/ 20.09.2011 It would appear from perusal of order no.2 dated

25.4.2011 that the case diary of Amas P.S. Case no. 78/2004

corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 01 of 2010/691 of 2010 was

called for from the Assistant Session Judge IV, Gaya but up till now,

the above stated case diary has not been received.

Let a reminder be issued to Assistant Session Judge IV,

Gaya for sending the above stated case diary to this court positively

within three weeks from today.

List this matter after three weeks under the heading for

admission.
