JUDGMENT
Petitioner is the widow of late Sri.M.V. Balakrishnan, who was
a driver in the Corporation. Petitioner seeks payment of Provident Fund and
Staff Welfare Fund with statutory interest. Petitioner has filed Ext.P3
representation.
2. Heard counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.
There will be a direction to the first respondent to consider and
pass orders on Ext.P3 representation within three weeks from the date of
receipt of a copy of this judgment, and to disburse the amount found due to
the legal heirs of late M.V.Balakrishnan within a further period of three
weeks. There will also be a direction to pay to the legal heirs the amount
due by way of Staff Welfare Fund within a period of three weeks from the
date on which the representation is disposed of.
