Kurian Joseph, J.

The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

“i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other
writ, order or direction directing the Family
Court, Malappuram to issue a legible certified
copy of the depositions of the witnesses in
O.P.No.217 of 2006”

There will be a direction to the Family Court, Malappuram

to comply with Ext.P2 application, after complying with the

required formalities, within two weeks from the date of

production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the

writ petition. In case the application has any defect, it will be

open to the petitioner to file a fresh application also.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
