Shri Babu Lal Ram, learned standing counsel has rightly pointed out that
against the impugned judgment, the petitioner has alternative remedy by way
of filing an appeal/revision, if, he so advised.

The learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the said proposition of
law.

In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of
availability of alternative remedy.

The office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the
counsel for the petitioner.
