Heard learned counsel for the petitioners on merit.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

petitioners could not place the relevant materials, therefore, he

seeks review of the order dated 6.1.2010 passed in W.P. (S) No.

872 of 2004.

After going through the record, I do not find that this can

be a just ground for review of the order. Hence, the review

petition is dismissed.
