         BY THE COURT

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the

learned Public Prosecutor and having perused the challan

papers and the copies of the statements hitherto recorded in

the trial, though this Court does not feel inclined to grant bail to

the petitioners at this stage but in the overall facts and

circumstances, it is considered appropriate and hence

observed that if the petitioners make a request before the

learned Trial Court for expeditious proceedings in the matter

and for early examination of the other relevant witnesses, the

same be given due consideration.

With the observations aforesaid, this bail application

moved on behalf of the petitioners Mohan s/o Punja and

Ramesh s/o Gautam under Section 439 Cr.P.C. stands

rejected at this stage.
