Learned
counsel submitted that another Special Civil Application being
Special Civil Application No.278 of 1994 was required to be tagged
and heard with the present petition. However, she was not aware
about requirement of reconstructing the file of Special Civil
Application No.278 of 1994. It appears that papers of Special Civil
Application No.278 of 1994 are missing or mis-placed. Therefore, the
petitioner is directed to submit two sets of copies of the papers of
Special Civil Application No.278 of 1994 on the next date of hearing
and the office is directed to list both the matters for hearing on
7th October 2008, regardless of whether the papers of
Special Civil Application No.278 of 1994 are available or not.
