J U D G M E N T
The request of the petitioner for approving her service for the
period from 25.2.1997 to 2.6.1999 when she worked as a Lecturer
in Chemistry under the 3rd respondent College, is pending
consideration of the 2nd respondent University. In this writ petition
the main prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the
University to approve her service for the aforesaid spell.
2. After hearing both sides, I am satisfied that the grievance
of the petitioner can be redressed by directing the 2nd respondent to
consider the request of the petitioner for approval of her service for
the aforesaid period and pass orders thereon. Taking into account
the relevant University orders, final orders shall be passed in this
regard as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 6 weeks of
production of a copy of this judgment.
Original petition is disposed of as above.
