Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the opposite
parties and the learned Standing counsel.
There is full agreement at Bar that the matter stands squarely covered by the
judgment of this Court delivered in Tajveer Singh and others Vs. State of
U.P. and others, 1997 (2) AWG 1029 and no other point has been raised.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances as brought on record,
the opposite parties are directed to give effect to the judgement of this Court
in the case of Tajveer Singh and others (supra). It is further provided that the
petitioners will not be required to pay stamp duty except in accordance with
Article 57 of the Schedule 1-B.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
