scheduled, the matter is called for hearing today dated 19.03.2010. Appellant present.

representation dated 15.03.2010 stating therein that requisite information has already
been provided to the appellant vide letter dated 17.7.2009. Copies of the representation
submitted by Deputy Director(OSB) and his letter dated 17.7.2009 are handed over to the
appellant 'dasti'. The matter is closed.
