The appellant had asked about Flat No. B-2/232, IInd Floor, Sector - 17, Rohini, New Delhi
-110085 regarding the demolition by the Department to the said property on 13-10-2008.

Grounds for the First Appeal:
The appellant is not satisfied with the PIO reply.

Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):
"The original application of the appellant reply given by the PIO and contents of appeal memo have
been gone through. I find that the reply given by the PIO is correct. As far as photograph of the
demolition action, PIO is directed to provide the exact information to the appellant as sought by him,
within 10 days of the issue of this order"

Ground of the Second Appeal:
     The appellant is not satisfied with the PIO reply and FAA order.
