3/ 3.7.2008 By order dated 2.6.2008, the petitioner was

granted anticipatory bail but at the top of the order,

the name of the petitioner has been inadvertently typed

as “Chintu Devi” instead of “Chinta Devi”.

The order dated 2.6.2008 is modified to the

extent that at the top of the order, Chintu Devi should

be read as Chinta Devi.
