                       J U D G M E N T

Challenging Exhibit-P1 order passed by the Assistant

Labour Officer, petitioner has preferred an appeal as per

Exhibit-P3 before the 1st respondent. This writ petition

has been filed seeking appropriate direction in relation to

Exhibit-P3.

Having heard the learned Government Pleader also,

the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st

respondent to pass orders on Exhibit-P3, within two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment

after notice to all necessary parties.
