                          J U D G M E N T

In this original petition filed way back in 2001, the prayer

sought is for a direction to the respondents to disburse the

terminal benefits that the petitioner claims to be due to him for

the services rendered by him under the Kerala State Electricity

Board of which he was an Overseer at the time of his retirement

in July, 2000. It is seen that by order dated 9/4/2001, this Court

have directed that the petitioner be paid his provisional pension.

In view of the long lapse of time, the original petition is

closed leaving it open to the petitioner to move this Court, if he

has not so far been paid his terminal benefits.
