Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has
handed over three Demand Drafts for the sum of Rs.1,00,88,219/-.
Learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent acknowledged
receipt of the said three Demand Drafts for the said amount.
Learned counsel for the fourth respondent has handed over the key
of the premises to the counsel for petitioner. He submits that sale
deed of the property will be executed in the name of the nominee of
the petitioner on 26.4.2010.
We record the said submission and close the writ petition.
