:
1. The appeal was scheduled for hearing on 11/12/2009. While the CPIO
along with his other colleagues was present, the appellant was represented
through a representative.
2. In the course of hearing, it emerged that the appellant, an employee of the
respondent, has asked for a copy of the letter, which was written about 15 years
ago. The CPIO has stated that the letter asked for is very old and due to poor
record management, the letter in question is not available or maintained. The
letter in question relates to a temporary project and has no bearing on policy
matters or corruption related issues.
