2 17.03.2011 No one appears on behalf of the

petitioner. Counsel for the State is present

and would submit that in compliance of the

order of this Court, the promotion of the

petitioner has been notified and extension of

admissible monetary benefit is also under

process.

That being so, the order of this

Court has been substantially complied but

then it is made clear that the admissible

monetary benefit must be paid to the

petitioner, if not already paid, within a

period of three months from the date of

receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforementioned observation

and direction, this application is disposed

of.
