Heard Sri Rajiv Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant.
By means of this transfer application, the applicant is seeking
transfer of Divorce Petition No. 975 of 2006 from District
Allahabad to District Chitrakoot.
The dispute is between the husband and wife. It would be
appropriate to give both the parties a chance to settle the dispute
and their difference by resorting to the proceedings of
reconciliation and mediation.
Let the record of this case be put up before the Registrar,
Reconciliation/Mediation Centre, High Court, Allahabad who will
issue notice to both the parties fixing a date to personally appear
before him and will then refer the matter for reconciliatory
proceedings.
The conciliator is allowed four months’ time to go into the
conciliatory proceedings between the parties.
The case be listed before the appropriate court in the second week
of second week of September, 2010 along with the report of the
Conciliator.
Meanwhile further proceedings of Divorce Petition No. 975 of
2006, Dharam Narayan Mishra Vs. Smt. Shivkanti under Section
13 of the Hindu Marriage Act pending before the Judge, Family
Court, Allahabad shall remain stayed.
