ORDER

As
the suit is of the year 1996, Shri Hasmukh Patel, learned advocate
appearing on behalf of the petitioners, has requested to issue
appropriate direction for early disposal of the suit and does not
press the present Special Civil Application. The prayer seems to be
reasonable. In the facts and circumstances of the case, and as the
suit is of 1996, the learned Trial Court is directed to decide and
dispose of the suit as early as possible and preferably on or before
31st December, 2008, subject to cooperation by the
concerned parties.

In
view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. Direct service
is permitted.
