Heard learned counsel for the appellant no.

1, Nand Kishore Sah, and learned counsel for the State

in respect of I.A. No. 294 of 2011 through which the

appellant has renewed his prayer for bail, which was

earlier rejected on 16.02.2010.

Considering the earlier order and the entire

facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail is, again,

rejected at this stage.
