J U D G M E N T
Petitioners are aggrieved by Exhibit P2 proceedings of the
Chief Engineer (HRM), Kerala State Electricity Board,
Thiruvananthapuram, in the matter of promotion to the post of
Overseer.
2. According to the petitioners, they are entitled to get
promotion in the light of Exhibit P3 judgment. Since Exhibit P2 is
passed by the Chief Engineer, K.S.E.B, petitioners may approach
the K.S.E.B.
In the event of the petitioners thus approaching the K.S.E.B
within two months from today, the matter will be duly considered
by the K.S.E.B with notice to the petitioners and appropriate
action in the light of Exhibit P3 and any other relevant materials
will be taken by the K.S.E.B, within another three months.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
