06. 05.08.2011 Prayer of petitioners in all these Writ
Applications is similar, relating to payment of salary to
the Science Teachers in 239 recognized Sanskrit
Schools, stopped since 2000 onwards.
Sanskrit Shiksha Sansthan, which is an

implementing agency of the Scheme, sponsored by the
Central Government regarding payment of salary to the
Science Teachers in 293 recognized Sanskrit Schools in
the State of Bihar, has filed its Counter Affidavit only in
C.W.J.C. No. 8571 of 2009. Similar Counter Affidavits
have not been filed in other cases.
The State of Bihar, one of the necessary party
in this case, as it sends requisition for release of fund to
Sanskrit Shiksha Sansthan, has also filed its Counter
Affidavit only in C.W.J.C. No. 1344 of 2010 and in no
other cases.
Considering this, it is essential that parties
should exchange their pleadings, so that all three cases
be ready for hearing and proper adjudication.
Let this matter be listed on 19 th of August,
2011, retaining its position. In the meantime, petitioners
as well as Respondents must exchange their pleadings.
