3. 14.10.2011 On 15.2.2007 on the prayer of the appellant

two months’ time was granted to file the deficit court

fee stamp of Rs.6010/- but still today the same has not

been deposited.

In such view of the matter, by way of last

indulgence the appellant is directed to deposit the said

deficit court fee stamp within 3rd November 2011,

failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed.
