Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the
prayer to stay the further proceedings in case crime no. 287 of 1991 pending
in Court of Munsif Magistrate, Kench (State of U.P. Vs. Anil Kumar
Burnwal).

The application is misconceived and accordingly dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands discharged.

Office shall communicate this order to the court concerned within the period
of one month.
