Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks

permission to withdraw this application with respect to

petitioner no. 5 namely, Umesh Singh, only. As

submitted, he has already been granted regular bail by

the court below vide order dated 09.09.2011. Hence,

this application becomes infructuous with respect to

petitioner no. 5 namely, Umesh Singh, only.

Permission is granted. Accordingly, this

application stands dismissed as having become

infructuous with respect to petitioner no. 5 namely,

Umesh Singh, only.
