This matter came up for hearing on 06.11.2008 in response to
Commission’s notice dated 28.08.2008. Neither the appellant nor the
respondents were present.
2. The appellant’s second-appeal is related to her RTI-application dated
10.11.2007, which was replied to by the CPIO on 14.12.2007 and was decided by
the Appellate Authority through his decision dated 04.02.2008.
3. Appellant has stated the ground of second-appeal as failure of the
respondents to provide her certified copies properly stamped. Oddly, however,
no request for certified copy is contained in the RTI-request of the appellant.
In fact, given the nature of the request, the scope for certified copies was
non-existent.
4. This is clearly a vexatious and frivolous petition like other appeals filed
by this applicant, who appears to be a front for Shri S.P. Goyal.
5. The appeal is, therefore, rejected.
6. Copy of this decision be sent to the parties.
