2/ 28.02.2011 Let the complainant be added as Opposite Party No.2 to

the application.

Issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by ordinary

process as well as registered cover with A/D for which requisites

etc. must be filed within two weeks, failing which the application

shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.

In the meantime, no coercive action be taken against the

petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 520 of 2008

pending in the Court of C.J.M., Jehanabad.

Let the order be communicated through Fax at the cost

of the petitioner.
