be not admitted or disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
Requisites for notice by ordinary process as well as under
registered cover with A/D must be filed within two weeks
failing which this application as against O.P. No.2 shall stand
rejected without any further reference to the Bench.
Till appearance of O.P. No.2, further proceeding
pending before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
Bhojpur at Ara in Pawna P.S. Case No.53/2008 in 4210/2008/
Tr. No.3240/11 shall remain stayed in connection with all the
three petitioners, namely, Rajesh Kumar @ Rajesh
Chaudhary, Jai Kishun Ram and Suraji Devi.
