ORDER

The matter is
notified on office submission, as the learned Judge has prayed for
extension of time to dispose of the suit.

This Court by
an oral order dated 17.04.2009 directed the trial Court to hear and
decide the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one
year from the date of receipt of writ from this Court. The leaned
Judge has prayed for extension of time for a period of 16 months.

The request is
granted. It is reiterated that the learned Judge shall see to it
that the suit is disposed of within this extended time.
