Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA as well as learned
counsel for the interveners.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that he is handing over the nine
cheques in respect of nine candidates to the tune of Rs.11,40,000/-.
Nine candidates in respect of whom the cheques have been prepared are Mr.
Pritjit Singh, Mr. Tribhwan Yadav, Ms. Jaya Kumari, Mr. Shivendra Singh,
Mr. Devendra Kumar Singh, Ms. Shalini Prabal, Ms. Shakti Saran, Ms. Mukti
Saran and Ms. Pooja Saran.
The said cheques are directed to be handed over to the learned AGA and the
learned AGA will hand over the same to the respective candidates in
accordance with the procedure provided earlier by this Court. So far the
amount in respect of Tribhwan Yadav is concerned, the same remains to be
paid and an amount of Rs.45,000/- in respect of Pritjit Singh also remains to
be paid to him. Since rest of the amount has been cleared, therefore, the
applicant is directed to pay the aforesaid amount in respect of the two
candidates by the next date.
List on 25th August, 2010.
Parole of the applicant is extended up till 25th August, 2010 on the same bail
bonds.
