24. 21.09.2011 It appears that in the order dated 1.7.2011

instead of I.A. No. 1648 of 2006 the number of I.A. has

been wrongly typed as I.A. No. 1846 of 2006. It is a

typing mistake and, therefore, the order is modified to

the extent that the I.A. No. 1846 of 2006 may be read

as I.A. No. 1648 of 2006.
