This is an application for extension of stay order dated 9.6.2008.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and perused the contents of the
application and accompanying affidavit.

I find sufficient ground for extending the stay order dated 9.6.2008.
Accordingly, list this petition in the first week of August, 2010.

Till the next date of listing the stay order dated 9.6.2008 shall continue.

It may be noted by learned counsel for the applicants that he will not seek
any adjournment on the next date of listing and the matter will be finally
disposed of.
