2 21.6.2011 This application has been filed for restoration of Cr.Misc.

No.25794 of 2009, which was dismissed by this Court on

11.2.2011.This restoration application was taken up on 4.5.2011 and

this Court passed orders refusing to restore the same and dismissed the

restoration application. Due to office mistake, the order ,as passed in

this restoration application was recorded as order no.9 dated 4.5.2011 in

the original application for restoration of which this application was

filed . It is accordingly deemed that the order as recorded in original

application on 4.5.2011 be read as an order passed in the said

restoration application.
