                           J U D G M E N T

By Ext. P1 a permit was granted to the petitioner subject to

settlement of timing and fitment of speed governor. The complaint

is that in pursuance to Ext. P1, timing conference has not been

convened so far. Taking note of the grievance as above, the writ

petition is disposed of directing that the timing conference in

pursuance to Ext. P1 shall be expedited and convened as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 8 weeks of production

of a copy of this judgment.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the

respondent for compliance.
