This writ petition has been filed challenging the selection to the

post of Hindi Lecturer. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that

he has sought some information from the respondents under the RTI Act. In

the circumstances he prays for permission to withdraw this writ petition

with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action.

Allowed as prayed for.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforestated liberty.
