information has been refused to him u/s 8 (1) (d) of the Act. Being dis-satisfied
with the CPIO’s response, the appellant has pleaded for providing complete
information.

information has been refused u/s 8 (1) (d) of the Act. The appellant has not
indicated as what is the public interest in disclosure of information relating to third
parties or those that are of commercial confidence.
