                        J U D G M E N T

Challenge in the writ petition is against Ext.P12 order

passed by the 2nd respondent, exercising his powers under

the Kerala Land Utilisation Order. This order is appealable

to the Land Revenue Commissioner and therefore with that

liberty, without expressing anything on the merits of the

case, the writ petition is disposed of.
