filed on 15.4.2010, still learned counsel appearing

for the respondent nos. 1(i) and 2 to 8 seek

adjournment for filing rejoinder thereof.

As prayed, put up after two weeks.

However, further proceedings of

Execution Case No. 1 of 2009 pending in the Court of

Execution Munsif , Ara, shall remain stayed till final

disposal of the aforesaid interlocutory application.
