In view of such report, this Court would direct for

personal appearance of the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas to

explain as to why the Investigating Officer of this case has not

been made to appear for his deposition as also the steps taken for

arrest of accused Nata Mahto.

The Superintendent of Police, Rohtas will appear

before this Court on 21st July, 2010.

Let a copy of this order along with a copy of the report

at Flag-‘A’ be sent forthwith to the Superintendent of Police,

Rohtas at Sasaram for its compliance.
