Issue notice to respondents returnable returnable within four weeks as to why petition may not be finally disposed of at admission stage. Notices may also be given ‘dasti’, if desired. In the meanwhile, the allotment made in favour of the petitioners in instant case shall not be cancelled till further orders. After service, list alongwith CWP-5648/2010.
