                               JUDGMENT

C.N. Ramachandran Nair,J.

This O.P. filed in 1995 was for appointment as conductor in the

KSRTC. It is seen that there was no interim order in favour of the

petitioner. If the petitioner has not got job, there is no scope for

considering the issue after 13 years of filing the O.P. O.P. is

accordingly closed leaving freedom to the petitioner to apply for the

post under the current norms, if petitioner is eligible.
