Sri. Kaleeswaram Raj accepts notice for respondent No.1.

Learned Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 2 to 6.

2. It is brought to my notice that subsequent to the judgment

in the above writ petition, the Government had issued an order

entrusting the appointment of teachers in the schools managed by the

Panchayat and Municipalities to the Kerala Public Service

Commission. In that view of the matter the direction issued to the

Manager to conduct fresh selection process has become superfluous

and the same need not be implemented. Therefore the judgment in

the writ petition is recalled.

Review Petition is allowed.
