2. 17.10.2011 Call for legible carbon copy of the case diary of

Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S. case No.46 of 2011 from the court of

the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram and also a

report from the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram

about the antecedent of the petitioner, who is accused in the

aforesaid case, so as to reach this court within three weeks

and put up on its receipt.
