The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has brought to our
notice that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government in
G.O.Rt.No.1060 Prohibition & Excise (X) Department dated 29.05.2006 and he has
also produced copy of the same. Accordingly, as on date nothing survives for
adjudication in this petition, hence the same is dismissed as infructuous.
