                            JUDGMENT

Petitioner is aggrieved since basic tax in respect of his

property referred to in Ext.P3 is not received by the second

respondent. Apparently the same is on the ground of the

pendency of the land ceiling case. It is submitted that the case

has been closed. Therefore, there will be a direction to the

second respondent to take appropriate action on Ext.P4 with

notice to the petitioner and any other affected party within a

period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
