Counsel for the appellants submitted that since in the memo of appeal in place
of Special Session Trial, it was mentioned as Session Trial. Hence it has
wrongly been transcribed in the order dated 25.11.2009.

Counsel for the appellants is permitted to correct the same in the memo of
appeal.

In place of S.T., S.S.T. is incorporated in the order dated 25.11.2009.

Accordingly, the correction application is disposed off.
