Court, no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of

the State. Again, a prayer for adjournment has been

made.

As prayed on behalf of the State, put up this

case on 16th of September, 2011 within top ten cases.

In the meantime, necessary counter affidavit

must be filed on behalf of the State failing which, the

District Magistrate, East Champaran, at Motihari shall

remain present in person on the next date fixed.
