The petitioner claims the disobedience of order dated
30-.6.2008 passed by this Court in writ petition no. 5743
(S/S)/20004, whereby the opposite apposite were directed to
continue the petitioners in service with the same status ,
salary/wages etc. which they were enjoying before
dispensation of service.

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel seeks ten days
time to seek instructions on the point as to why the benefit of
the orders passed in writ petition 5348 (S/S) of 1990 has not
been extended to the present petitioner.
