Both the parties were heard on 12/11/2009.
2. The appellant has asked for certain information relating to the selection
process for the post of Librarian.
3. In the course of hearing, the details of information asked for and the
CPIO’s reply were discussed. It was agreed that the CPIO would allow
inspection of the relevant records and files pertaining to the entire selection
process within 10 days preferably from 17th to 19th November, 2009, during office
hours. Upon inspection, the specified copies of documents should be furnished
free of cost, as per Section 7(6) of the Act, up to 100 pages only. Both the
parties are accordingly directed and the appeal is thus disposed of.
